Whats your return policy ?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, starting from the date your order is marked as delivered on the shipment tracking.
Our shipping rate is $9.99 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Some items offer a Fast Shipping option for $12.99, which is free for orders of $150 or more.
Most items are delivered within 3–5 business days with standard shipping in Canada and the United States. When you place your order, you'll receive an accurate shipping estimate. The majority of our products ship from Canada or the United States.

However, some items, like toys, are shipped directly from Poland or China. This approach helps us offer the best possible prices and reduce waste by producing certain items on demand from international warehouses. For every product in our shop, you can find its origin in the "Details" section. If the product is shipped from Poland or China, we use the fastest available shipping option, with delivery times ranging from 10 to 15 days.
We offer free message customization on all products shipped from Canada and the USA. You’ll see this option at checkout.

Order Returns
Yes, we always cover the return label cost if you are not satisfied with an item.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
